Taste like lulupin powder and fruit. Rather wierdly constructed. Some fruit character, hops there, just disjointed. A modern horror story in DIPA.

Pours a deep hazy yellow that is very murky. Smells and tastes more of a fruit juice. This brew is packed with some different and captivating hop varietals. Brewers website lists hops - Denali, Wakatu, and Idaho 7 - definitely not common.

A:
Pours a murky bruised mango color
with a skiff of soda-pop head. No retention; no lacing. Not nice. (2.75)
S:
Tropical fruits and weed-like pungent funk. (3.75)
T:
Similar to the nose. Lots of herbal and grassy bitterness, some sappy stickiness and a hint of alcohol heat. (3.5)
M:
Sticky body, thin with pop-like carbonation and a lingering hop oil/alcohol finish. (3.5)
O:
An interesting beer that is a little "too" a lot of things. It doesn't start well, as it is not appetizing-looking at all. The aroma has some sweet fruit notes and a resinous sap character but is also lacking a little in the razmatazz department. The fruitiness is not as present in the flavor as in the smell and the bitter resiny hop sap concetrate flavor comes through. There is a slightly unpleasant alcohol whiff to it as well.
For me, this beer could be better if they made it as a classic West coast style, but trying to be cloudy and fruity while also bitter makes everything pretty muddled up in my opinion. Nonetheless, I'm stoked to have tried it. These guys make very good beers and I would be hard-pressed to not give it another go if I came across it in the future. (3.5)

Can: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of tropical fruits with light melon notes and pineapple. Taste is also fantastic mix of tropical fruits with citrusy, pineapple and melon notes with residual sugar notes and dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Very easy to drink with very refreshing flavours.

Second time having this and it still leaves me wanting. I can smell and taste the Idaho 7 hops clearly, but everything else is muddled and there is bit of a burn on this beer. I'd like to hope my palate is off, because this is not like this brewer.
