Surviving Prohibition, the Shooting Star Saloon in Huntsville, Utah has been quenching patrons thirsts since 1879. This Kettle Soured Pale Ale was brewed to be refreshingly sour, while still give a wonderful hop profile with 32 IBUs. Using Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade hops this beer is a blend of 2-row, C-40 and Munich Malts.
ABV of 4.0% so you can drink it all day and night long. Here’s to the Star!

Taster at taproom. Medium, clear golden, kind of flat. Nice full tropical aroma. Taste follows with nice fruity flavors, tropical. Not that sour, only mildly tart. Not normally a fan of the style, but this is great.
