The colour is pale gold (7 EBC), the liquid is clear (the beer is unfiltered). The finger thick white compact head sinks quickly leaving no lacing.
The smell is clean with some herbal hops, mild bitterness and somewhat worty sweetness.
The taste got clean German hoppy flavours: Fresh flowers, hay and elderflowers. Unclean thick semi-sweet malty flavours. Medium body. The aftertaste is cleaner with a little bit more floral hops, stronger bitterness and hints of caramel. Perfume in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the long-lasting bubbles small. The liquid is a little thick.
Too much off-flavours and a dense sweetness in this one. Nice carbonation, though.
