16 oz can, extra in a trade with @lookrider (thanks!). Pours a mostly clear copper with an off-white head that mostly fades away to a thin ring of bubbles. Aroma and flavor are sweet pineapple, some citrus and pine, a touch of booze, and plenty of bitterness. Mouthfeel is well-carbonated somewhat boozy. Overall some nice flavors but too sweet and boozy.

Pours copper with a nice creamy off white head. Aroma is candied citrus, citrus peal, and resin. Flavor is much the same. Huge bitter finish to this one. A touch of alcohol shows itself in there as well. A fuller, medium bodied mouthfeel with appropriate activity. Overall, definite hop bomb. Now a 2 time NM IPA Challenge winner too. For me this was a bit hop overload and after a few sips I was done with it, personally.

A very hop-forward IPA that doesn't pull any punches (pun intended). This was a little one-sided for me, relying on the high alcohol and strong hops to do all the work. I think it fails in comparison with their house standard Uppercut IPA.

NM IPA champion 2016... An all blind IPA challenge voted on by the locals. Pours a light Amber/golden hue- transparent, minimal lacing. Smells light dank, stinky veggies and flowers, I dig. Tastes great, reminiscent of Pliny the Elder, awesome hop profile and well balanced malts, defintely 'west coast' but that's not a knock for me. Mouthfeel is a bit heavy and full for an IPA, alcohol is covered well. Overall a very enjoyable beer. Really excited for Boxing Bear- watch out for these guys, been quietly making some delicious beers for awhile now
