On tap at the brewery’s brewpub in Bend.
Look: clear dark but nearly black and opaque body, with a very good beige head and lots of sticky lacing.
Aroma: is something off here? ... smells too much like vinegar.
Flavor: dark dried fruits, fermented dark fruits and dark roasted grains, along with a hard to describe off flavor suggestive of bad red wine.
