I had this one at the Bier Stein in Eugene, Or. It was served in a snifter and the beer is a hazy straw with some white lace.
There is a nice funk in the nose backed by some grains.
This is an approachable sour, it's puckering but not where it overrules the nice malts and spices. I like the hint of overripe apples that complements the grains and funk.
Low carbonation married to a silky smooth mouth.
This really hit the spot after a long travel day
