Light golden in color, verges on crystal clear; head shows above average retention as well as lacing.
The aroma on this beer is a nice mix, there is a slight pungent character which to most equate to dank, does this smell like weed?? Yes and no; more like that lingering “Jon did you smoke with the garage door open?” smell, not flower. I pick up more in the form of bright orange, that quickly turns rind like and a touch of pine brightness.
The taste definitely has more weed like qualities than the nose suggested to me; strong and lingering too…it’s the first thing to hit and also sticks around in the aftertaste. There is a moderate malt presence, some overripe citrus, earthiness and resin also present.
Medium body, overall clean and quite drinkable, very nice bitterness; minor throat warming from the 7%, dry on the finish with minimal to no sweetness.

Have had this beer on draft a number of times, but this evening I'm enjoying it out of the can.
The beer pours a bright golden amber color with very good head retention and considerate lacing. This is an attractive looking IPA. The nose is every bit as impressive, as I'm picking up an interesting combination of dank tropical fruit (heavy on the pineapple), onion, and some underlying white pepper and pine. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, with decent malt in the mid palate, but with a refreshingly dry, bitter finish. This is a very well balanced WCIPA. Mouthfeel is fairly light, especially for the abv, and so drinkability is terrific in this IPA. The finish is long and moderately bitter. Alcohol is very well integrated into the flavor profile, and frankly this is an IPA you feel like you can pound down all afternoon (probably not a good idea).
A very well crafted IPA from BBC. This is an IPA I'm always happy to come across, whether on tap or in can format.

Growler from Bert's. Clear golden pour with small, foamy white head. Piney, earthy, resiny aroma. Hoppy taste, minor sweet notes. Pine, orange zest, herbaceous, oily. IPA the way they used to be made.

Look: Semi-clear burnt orange with a huge, slightly off-white head that settles to a nice pillow and already leaving impressive lacing
Aroma: Yep, they aren’t playing around with the description. Huge dank up front (almost dominating) along with peach, mango, sweetened strawberries, and a nice malt presence as well
Taste: Follows the nose well as in, well, dank! Big cannabis notes through and through with the other fruity hop notes pushed aside but still present in the background. Some pine coming through as well. Finishes with a nice, sharp bite with some alcohol heat too. Finishes dry
Mouthfeel: Big and full but not too heavy – the alcohol keeps things ‘light’ in my opinion. This is slick too – almost oily. Medium-high carbonation
Overall: I dig it but again, they are not BS-ing with the description to get attention – this is easily the ‘dankest’ IPA I’ve had that used the term in its description. Just saw the hop bill on the can and no surprise to me now as it has three of the four top contenders for bringing that aroma and flavor profile to the table. Columbus, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo. I’m really enjoying it but I could see this quickly overwhelming my palate if I had more than one in a sitting

Medium gold body; lively carbonation; decent, lasting head, white and frothy. Dank, earthy hop aroma; pine resin. Spicy, peppery taste riding atop a mild cracker base; sparkling hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; some residual sugar heft; mouthfeel is mainly dry throughout.
A resinous, heavy mouthfeel hop bomb.
