One of the best brews I've had from bbc

Look: a very very pale yellow, almost pudding like in color.

Smell: the hands down, strongest banana smell you have ever come across, very strong clove, mouthwatering.

Taste: this is a banana bomb, strong cloves again, a little bit of breadness, but banana is amazing in this.

Mouthfeel, thick, murkey. Kind of different, but very enjoyable

Drinkabality-I have had many of these, and hope they dont run out very soon!

On tap (first day) at BBC 7.13.2010, note this is not High Desert Hefeweizen but a new release described previous day by manager as a Bavarian Hefeweizen.

Cloudy banana yellow body, very hazy, unfiltered, some visible carbonation. One finger creamy white head, slow dissipation, significant lacing. Big clove and banana hit in the nose with floral hops. Taste mirrors the nose, really significant clove and banana balance, floral hops (Hallertau?) on the back end. Medium mouthfeel, creamy yet a bit sticky. Extremely drinkable, a great summer beer. Tonya Cornett takes the Hefeweizen to a new level of sophistication and taste, this is absolutely one of the best of this style I've had. Highly recommended.
