Poured into stange glass. Beyond Hazy, looks like grapefruit juice with a 1 inch white fizzy with good retention. All hops in the nose, citrus is barely detectable. Taste is very unbalanced hop forward with significant salt. Beer is not at all tart and shouldn't be considered a Gose. Citrus is barely detectable and hops are predominantly piney/resinous. Basically a salty fruit IPA. Mouthfeel is creamy with moderate carbonation. Overall this beer loses points for not actually being a Gose and for being unbalanced. I love the idea of many Bent Hill beers but I have consistently found them lacking in execution. This beer falls squarely in line my Bent Hill expectations.

Purchased at City Market in Burlington. I can't remember the price, but it was expensive. 750 ML capped bottle poured into a teku. Pours a very hazy, glowing, dirty orange color with a tall off-white head that sticks around and coats the glass with lace. Tropical fruit aroma fills the air while pouring this into the glass, with mango, pineapple, and some floral and pine scents added in. The taste is delicious - quite hoppy, fruity to the max, and slightly salty, with a slight finishing bitterness. Mouth feel is soft and creamy, medium body, refreshing level of carbonation, slightly sweet. Overall, while not what I would consider true to the Gose style, this beer is fantastic. This is a world class NE-style IPA with a little saltiness added.
