16 oz can from Vermont served in a 0.6L beer glass.
Appearance. Clear golden body with a billowing, foamy white head that has good retention.
There's only a subtle trace of maple in mild flavored this wheat beer. It has a medium-light body with medium-high, prickly carbonation. It has a well balanced, harmonious flavor profile.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a dull to murky copper color with a sly transparency to it. Quivering little white foamy head slid off fairly quick to leave barely any lace.
The aroma started with the sweet side of the maple and had a clean wheaty malt backbone.
The flavor leaned into the maple sweetness and seemed to follow further through into the wheaty sweetness. Mild maple sweet aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a decent sessionability to it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt as projected. Maple smooth and wheaty finish. The wheat does do a good job preventing any cloying possibilities.
Overall, well balanced and not overly done in creating a Bent Hill unique beer. And might even be a decent breakfast beer with some pancakes.

Pours light golden into the glass with a trace of head. Typical witbier smell with a touch of maple. Definitely some maple notes on the taste. Cool and refreshing. Definitely a summer beer.
