Can. Gold with light haze and no head. Vanilla honey grain and light herbal aroma. Wicked sweet honey with some herbal in the finish. Medium light sticky and kinda just sits there.

Poured into a stange, the appearance was a fairly nice looking bright yellow with some cloudiness. The two finger white foamy head slid into a small valley thus leaving some concave semi-sticky lace, started to drift off into some strings here and there.
The aroma gathered together some sweet biscuits, sweet herbal to grassy notes, clean floral sweet hops and a slight sticky grassy/earthy character underneath.
The flavor slightly leaned into the sweetness of the biscuits and some white bread then some floral to earthy and herbal hop spices come in to blend finely. Semi-sticky aftertaste of sweet biscuits, herbal and earthiness.sweet
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a superb sessionability about it. Slight crisp yet mellow sticky biscuity/bready character flowed into some mild floral and herbal tones. Semi-quick finish of biscuits, crisp floral hops and a slight wafer-like quality.
Overall, I really liked this one for me, but somehow it's brewed so clean that I don't think I'm used to seeing that. So to say this is true to style, well, I'd say this is closer than a lot of other American brewers trying to brew this.

Moderate pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a slightly hazy, light golden body with some lacing. Nose has some floral and even herbal attributes. Taste of spice, with a tiny bit of sweetness before the finish that is almost crisp. Nice and moderately soft feel and overall, of the three new Vermont ales of the Kolsch style I've had in the last week, this is the haziest, but very easy drinking and would recommend. Cheers!
