On tap at the brewery taproom.
Clear but near black body with brownish edges. Decent head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass.
Aroma - mildly smokey, but enough smokiness to compete with the aromas from the dark roasted grains.
Flavor: a bit more smokey than optimal, for me. Plenty of dark roasted malts which linger on in the aftertaste, along with the smoke.
Feel: medium-full body and near medium carbonation; soft and smooth.
