The brewer calls this a "euro style pilsner" brewed at the start of each soccer season. Pleasant beery aroma with a hint of papaya or some fruity touch. Banana even. Clear pale amber color with just a little foam. Surprisingly malty. Actually a delicious mellow grainy taste with the creamy carbonation.
Interesting meaty taste, like a Biere de Mars. A mineral note. Corn and light cereal taste. A hint of rye and spiciness. Modest hop flavor with just a hint of bitterness, much less that the typical Pilsner. A totally drinkable brew that is a winner in the lower-alcohol category. So much better than typical lagers or whatever it is.
