Bright yellow with good 2 fingers of head, on a medium-aggressive pour. The head is bright white, made up of non-uniform bubbles; lacing is above average. Smell is lacking, and whatever smell is left is not the most pleasurable. I don't equinox mixes well with the other two hops used here. Taste follows the nose. It feels watered down and doesn't seem to know whether it wants to be NEIPA or go old school. The feel is good, regardless of style; carbonation is fairly low; no alcohol is noticeable. It's an ok IPA, but I don't think it needs to be bought again.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a huge three finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of pale malt, light citrus hops, vague citrus fruit, lightly vegetal. Flavor is pale malt, thin orange and grapefruit juice, hints of caramel, mild citrus rind hops in the finish. Medium bodied with nice creaminess. Hate to say it, but this is an odd one, kinda bonkers. The look is only slightly hazy, appearing to be a classic IPA, but the flavor is NE juicy with quite mild bitterness. The flavors are fruit, but mixed mystery fruit leaning towards the citrus family. I found it quite drinkable, but without any stand-out flavors. I liked it better than I should for a juicy, mellow bitterness IPA, but not really my style.
