Hazy amber color with fine-grained foam in the nonic. Seems rather thin in body. Seriously fruity but it does have that chalky milk-shake taste as well. Somewhat acidic but fairly sweet. Attack of the fruit juice.
Lingering peachy taste finally emerges out of the murk. This is quite sippable but it's kind of an insistent and oddball flavor that doesn't wear so well. It does taste like canned peaches though, but with an unexpected touch of bitterness. From the 16 oz can purchased at Central Market.

Appearance - Pours hazy and slightly rusted orange with an off-white, finger width head that displays fair retention before receding to a thin, broken layer of surface suds and a fair ring around the edge of the glass. Some broken lines and spotting make up the lacing.
Smell - Fair aroma of malt, with lesser vanilla, peach and a hint of raspberry.
Taste - Hmm. Fair to light notes of peach and raspberry upfront. Mineral character. Faint vanilla. Aftertaste has some of that fruitiness but backed by that mineral and malty quality.
Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker that thins out even more, almost watery as it reaches the finish.
Overall - Not a great milkshake IPA in any way. Okay flavor, but man is it thin for the style. For the price there are infinitely better beers.
