Pours a wonderful golden orange sunset color with an insubstantial snow white head.
Aromas of sweeter citrus and softly tropical flowers.
Taste has a lot of citrus, nectarine, navel orange along side honeydew melon and passion fruit and some white grape/kiwi. This has the whole fruit basket going on.
Mouthfeel is decent, a little flat and heavy for my taste but I think that's often the case with the neipa. It's not syrupy or overly heavy, just not as crisp as I'd prefer. It works with the flavor profile.
Overall this is a nice beer. If you really like the fruity, juicy style then this one is probably right up your alley. It's pleasant but it's probably my least favorite IPA I've had from these guys. Still a pleasure to drink

L: Golden orange tequila sunrise haze with a finger plus long-standing ivory head and a touch of clumpy lace.
S: Orange citrus and sour lime, a bit less sweetness than seems standard these days.
T: This one comes off as half sour brew, follows the nose more lime than orange and a good portion of apricots. Different but refreshing.
F: Light-medium weight with good carbonation, off-dry and semi-clean semi-dry finish. I like it.
O: Seems like an oddball for style but as a beer in general it accomplishes something pretty unique so I can't fault it, and would gladly drink it again.
