Pint can poured in to a nonic glass. Dated 02/04/20
Look- Fairly hazy, darker amber color, modest off-white head with good retention and solid lacing. moderate carbonation streaming as it sits.
Smell- Light citrus (grapefruit, lemon and lime), light pineapple, peach and green grape, white pepper, a bit of melon, bready malt and grassy/herbal notes.
Taste- Much like the aroma but a bit muddled, the spicy white pepper and herbal hops are the main players.
Feel- Medium bodied, pillowy soft up front, somewhat crisp with an aggressive bitter finish, fairly well balanced. Moderate/light carbonation on the tongue.
O- If you're a fan of the spicy/hoppy and bitter IPAs check this one out. As for me I think I'll pass on it next time.
