Pours slightly murky, pale gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is grass and floery, perfume hops. Very light body, slightly bitter, with moderate high carbonation. Of the four I got from the brewery this was easily the best. I have had way better non alcoholic pils though. I would not rush out for this but would get it again if I needed to grab another four pack for free shipping. Can't say that about most of Self Care brews.
