Can from Uptown Market.
A crystal clear light yellow with a dense white head that falls off rapidly, this looks decent. The nose has a blend of light banana and clove notes, with a little wheat. The palate opens crisp and snappy with grain, wheat, a little banana and clove. The weizen notes are really held back here. Snappy, mildly bitter with clove on the finish. Highly carbonated, with a mild seltzer like acidity that makes this a little watery. Decent.
