Single hopped beer meant to show the versatility of Falconer hops. The beauty of Falconer is it’s a blend of a lot of really great hops. Proceeds of Falconer Flight hop sales supports sending brewers of WA, OR, HI, AK to a brewing school on a scholarship. The water profile of NE hazy and yeast strain are meant to support and let this hop shine.
