Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned on 4/8/22. Brewed with watermelon, rose hips, key lime, hibiscus, and sea salt.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a very light touch of haze and a thin layer of frothy foam atop that didn't have much retention at all. A nice looking beer, but after a second there's practically no head.
Smell: light malt aroma with a dash of sourness and most of the ingredients mentioned on the label: melon, lime, and floral notes. I like it.
Taste: a very interesting flavor; the melon and rose actually come through in an interesting way, and the malt is quite nice. I would appreciate a dash more sourness, but still, this is quite good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess for a gose, and it's certainly not bad for an NA beer.
Overall: I think it helps in an NA beer when replicating a relatively light style such as a gose, and the various flavorings hide the NA-ness further. A refreshing beverage, to be certain!
