Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 12/2/25.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a mild haze and a finger of frothy white foam atop.
Smell: interesting kinda fruity/yeasty aroma, with the very faintest hint of cooked corn. It's actually quite enticing, although I would never think of this as a "pilsner" aroma. I'm really on the fence about this one. It's very weird, but at the end of the day, I like it.
Taste: flavor has the same fruity yeastiness as the aroma, plus a light, soft malt character and a pretty mild bitterness. The yeastiness starts to grind on me a little; like, it feels like it could be cleaned up. Still, not terrible.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess. Good for NA.
Overall: I wouldn't make this my go-to NA, but it's not a bad beer. I also wouldn't really call it a pilsner, but styles are incredibly hard to nail when it comes to NA, so they get a pass on that.
