In a snifter at O'Brien's Pub.
A: Cloudy pale yellow, as one expect when mixing lime and soda. No head. No release of bubbles.
S: Lime nose with no other detectable scents. Lemonade!
T: Strong refreshing lime tartness with no chemical bite like bottled lime juice. Clean finish with no lingering tartness. No "Cry Baby" burnout of the tongue.
F: Thin and light as the bubbles come alive on the palate.
O: Super refreshing on a San Diego summer day. Highly tart and sour, which I seek out.
