A: Moderate peach skin aroma, followed by moderate lacto sourness.
A: Light straw color, slightly hazy with no head whatsoever.
T: Big peach skin flavor that gives way to moderate lacto sourness. There is just a faint hint of breadiness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation, pretty refreshing and finishes quite dry.
O: Solid; the beer is easy to drink and refreshing. The peach and lacto aromas intertwine well. However, the beer could be a bit better if the peach character was brighter and if there was a little more complimentary doughy/bready presence to add to the flavor’s complexity.
