On tap in pint glass at the brewery.
It's a brownish amber beer with a decent off white head and some lacing.
Heavy aroma of crisp fresh Hatch chilis, mint, and citrus hops.
The flavors very closely mirror the nose. One of the pepperiest pepper beers I've had, but not spicy.
Medium bodied. Good balance of carb and body.
This beats the one other Texas Hatch beer I had. The flavors are more fresh and crisp.
