Our Fresh hop ale has late and hop back additions of over 30 pounds of Organic West Virginia Grown Cascade hops from James Lewis of Spring Water Farms and Jason Ely. With a light Maris Otter malt body to really bring out the subtleties of the hops.

Pours a clear golden color with a two-finger creamy white head that has nice retention and leaves some good lacing behind.Smells of citrus and red fruity hop aroma, slightly grassy and earthy undertones. Tastes of red berry fruity hops up front, with some citrusy notes of tangerine peel, light malty undertone with some toasted notes, grassy dry finish. Medium body with medium prickly carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and finish

Pours a lovely Golden sunshine color with a slight head that lingers. Wonderful smell, sweet floral hops...taste is hoppy, flowery, right on the money for a pale. Lightly carbonated, smooth drinker, one of the best, first time pales I've had in some time. Well done.
