16oz can into a tall glass. Part of a haul of WV beers picked at at Grapes & Grains in Shepherdstown this afternoon. Best by 11/20/20, so quite a bit past prime.
Hazy darkish yellow body with good carbonation. Massive foamy white head retains in good form throughout, leaving rings of lacing.
Somewhat musty, floral aroma.
On tasting, the mere suggestion of hops. It's a little thin. Some floral notes. A little foamy, and a touch of bitterness at the end.
Mouth seems fuller due to the foaminess. Finish a lasting dull bitterness.
Overall, setting aside the issues caused by age, this is still an okay beer. Brewer to be commended for putting out an ipa with this low of an abv. If I see this fresh or on tap, would be an easy grab.

16oz can poured into a pint
A- pours a pale golden yellow with a one-finger foamy white head that has good retention
S- smells of orange peel, slightly grassy and toasted malt undertones
T- fresh citrus notes with orange peel and grapefruit zest, followed by some grassy hop notes. The finish gives some toasted malt that provides a nice balance. The finish gives a dank citrus note that sticks around
M- medium-light body with high carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
O- surprised at how flavorful this one was, at
