16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a pale yellow-orange color with a one-finger foamy white head that has decent retention
S- smells of fresh limes, vanilla cream, graham crackers, a hint of cinnamon and coriander
T- taste is slightly tart with salty lime up front, followed by notes of sweet vanilla cream and lime zest, the finish has a distinct note of toasted graham cracker, perhaps from the combo of lactose, coriander and cinnamon. It lingers long after, as well as more lime tartness
M- medium0light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish
O- many of these lime pie goses only offer the lime aspect. This however, has a great 'crust and cream' flavor that makes this a very enjoyable gose
