On the pour, a pillow 3 finger, white, head formed on top of a hazy, golden straw body. Head retention is decent.
Aroma is super bright and citrusy, but balanced by a light spice from the coriander and doughy wheat. Fresh but strong.
Taste is very good with the wheat malt making for a nice mellow flavor with the Citra and a light bitterness perched on top. Super crisp, but flavorful. Good balance.
Feel is full and smooth, but not heavy, making it almost like silk. Soft, refreshing, and easy to drink.
Overall this is a very enjoyable beer, and I'm glad I picked it up. A great summer wheat with some coriander to set it apart.
