600ml bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A: Pours a golden relatively opaque colour with about 3 fingers of a very fluffy white head with good retention. Thick lacing left.
S: Very rich. Apricots, notes of cloves, pineapples, pears and caramel malts, a bit of booze.
T: Boozy, but the combination is perfect. Follows the nose on the fruitiness, sweet upfront and a bit bitter.
M: Very smooth, also a bit creamy, full-bodied and high carbonation.
O: A great Tripel, as good as many great legitimate Belgian Tripels. One of my favorite Brazilian beers.
