stopped in for about 30 minutes killing time before side project opened and was pleasantly surprised to see four different barrel-aged imperial stouts on draft. they also had a pilsner, a helles, a wit and of
course some hops. order at the bar type of establishment with a nice open room with plenty of seating. the stouts and pilsner i had were delicious and as it was a friday around 12:30pm, it wasn’t overly crowded. ended up sitting in the far corner sun room type section with picnic tables. definitely a quick in and out but very much enjoyed this place. will definitely be stopping back in on my trips to StL.

Some money went into this place. Shiny and new space overlooking the highway, spacious too. The service was ready to roll from when they greeted you as you walked into the door, pouring full glasses in a speedy way no problem. Beer was good quality, certainly simpler but everything you are looking for in the styles were there. Selection was small though, but good variety on the smaller list. They have some food now too, looked fun but we had just stuffed our face with bbq so we passed

The location has moved since all earlier reviews. Big open space on Oakland Ave. Long-ish angled bar to the left of the main entrance. They have some to-go cans behind the cashier station. Their selection was a little light when I stopped in. Lots of IPAs on the menu

Difficult to find. Passed by 3 times before I found it. It's off the road behind some other businesses. Big space with garage doors that were open on a warm, muggy September night. A nice selection of styles. Had their flagship beer, Citrapolis, along with several other NE IPA's, a sour and 2 Imperial Stouts (one rum barrel aged & one bourbon barrel aged). All very good. Staff was engaging and informative. Got a tour of the tank room as well. There are lots of good breweries in St. Louis and this one gets high marks from me. Only being open Friday and Saturday is a drawback. But it's a certainly worth seeking out.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon while they were hosting an engagement party (planned) and then a birthday bus (unplanned) in a moderately-sized single room. The bartenders stayed busy, but it didn't seem to be overwhelming, despite maybe 16 beers on the board. Beers were good, enjoyed Disco and a variant, the NEIPA was meaty in the good way. There was no food truck.

If you're a first timer, it's way in the back of a building that looks like a U-Haul rental place from the street, search for the red awning. They're only open Fri/Sat evenings at the time of this post.

we drove past this place looking for it. set way back in slightly out of the way industrial looking area, it wasnt hard to get to, but it was a little tricky to pinpoint. these guys are doing some great beers, their hoppy stuff leading the way i think. its a cool space, with a divided warehouse vibe, a brewery on one side with plenty of room to grow, and the taproom set up on the other side, with an average sized bar, some casual seating, minimal interior decorating, barrels stacked up high, and a cozy, upstart sort of vibe. they had eight or so beers flowing, and all of them that we had in here were great. i especially dug the arkhams finest with coffee and chocolate, great beer, but all their hoppy offerings were exceptionally good as well. the folks responsible for the beer were kind and humble and welcoming, we had a great conversation about their growing business, and they are rightly proud of what they are doing here. a relaxed and mellow place to drink some ahead of the curve beers. food truck outside too! awesome tap handles with the little light bulb that actually light up, i dig them! definitely a place worth checking out, i always see only the citra ipa out around town when i am in saint louis, so it was nice to come in and check out their other beers!

Ronnie and Beemer are really working magic on 5231 Manchester Ave. I love going by the taproom after work on a Friday and stocking up on Crowlers for the weekend!

This brewery's tap-room is a little hard to find, located off the street, in an industrial setting. The atmosphere is spartan, but the vibe was active. Notable are the cool light-bulb tap handles and walls lined with wooden aging casks. My wife and I sat at the bar, where the service was excellent. The beer, likewise, was solid. A Belgian-stlye with brett, aged in wood, was notable. Also, the Belgian Golden ale and the IPAs were excellent. Other than growlers and crowlers, they apparently don't package their products, where are only available in local restaurants and bars. This place is absolutely worth a visit if you have time and are in the area.

A very utilitarian taproom in an industrial park, it was pleasant enough when we were there, but without AC I imagine it gets pretty unpleasant some days in the summer. The service was good enough up at the bar and they had a decent food truck there the afternoon we visited. The beer selection is good, but not remarkable and the beer quality is solid, but not standout by the standards of the area. Worth a visit and maybe a crowler to take home, but only if you have already been to Perennial and Side project at least.
