Overall - a well-balanced Belgian Wit with peppery phenolics and orange zest
On the nose. A nice grainy, citrus flavor. Smooth mouthful from wheat.
Only negative note might be that the peppery phenolic a were slightly overpowering.
All in all - a great brew.
