Extremely surprised by this delicious India Pilsner Ale brewed by Poseidon. Stopped off at their tasting room by chance while on my way to Russian River on a short brewery road trip. I have to say that this is by far one of if not the best IPAs across any class of IPA's or styles that I have ever had. That's including Pliny. I just wished they bottle at some point as I live a few hours away from them. Fresh smelling aroma, hints of citrus and pine. Beautiful golden orange pour with a somewhat danky/hoppy head. The taste is remarkably smooth and although it has 85 IBU's, the hoppiness is never overpowering. My perfect IPA

A bit of a hybrid - a hoppy high ABV pilsner.
