Sampled at the 2015 Sasquatch fest, this was one of the best beers I tried at the event. Appearance, nose and flavor profile were all spot on, and I easily could have confused this with a high quality Belgian tripel. Both on the nose and the palate, I got honey, vanilla, some light apricot and a boatload of spice. Also, on the palate, there was just enough hoppy bitterness to balance the moderate sweetness, and keep it from tasting heavy or cloying on the finish. Alcohol was well integrated into the flavor profile.
Impressive. One of the better Belgian style tripels I can recall having in some time.
