Saint James Brewery produces Belgian style craft Ales. In tribute to the traditions of Belgium, we cultivate our own Belgian style yeast strain. We use only the finest old world wheat and barley combined with locally grown, fresh whole hops of noble lineage. Known simply as the Single, Dubbel and Tripel, the Artisanal Ale of Saint James' embrace the spirit and traditions of Belgium. We combine old world brewing techniques with fresh locally sourced ingredients to create Ales of outstanding flavor and character.
