12 oz can purchased in Bradenton FL. 5% ABV. Poured into Funky Buddha mini snifter.
Chestnut brown pour forms a dark chocolate body with a creamy finger of head, receding to a fingernail.
Wow. This aroma is so unique, I can't even put a finger on it. It brings forth tons of ripe, plump blueberries and jalapeno toast. Slight dark toast, slight chocolate, slight jalapeno jelly. Making my nose run a bit.
Really sharp flavor of green, green jalapenos and pepper seeds come out first, followed by hints of blueberry juice, burnt toast, slight chocolate, and peppery coffee. You taste the green-ness of the peppers but not necessarily the heat.
Feel is slightly watery, slightly dry. Medium bodied with a heavy dose of carbonation. Mild creaminess, lots of roast. Dry, hot, burning (pepper) finish.
Overall, unique to be sure - if you're looking for something you've NEVER had anything like, this is the ticket. One of the most original beers I've had in months. It is however, somewhat of a mess, it's too peppery for me. I would have preferred more blueberry than jalapeno. It's a sipper even at 5%.

When I went back for seconds at Oak & Stone, this is the one I chose. Pours dark with a head about two feet high. The nose is all blueberry, but the first sip is about the toasted porter. Then, like Kevin recommended, I waited five seconds and bamm, it was blueberry and smack of jalapeno. Great beer.

Completely opaque, head is white instead of tan as with the coffee porters. Excellent blueberry smell, no jalapeno in the odor. Same goes for the taste, tastes like a blueberry donut with some capsacin and no recognizable jalapeno flavor. I would be the first to guess that blueberry would not mix with traditional porter flavor, I was wrong. Had it on tap: medium body, light carbonation. Flavor and ABV favorable to session drinking. Surprised that a porter has more blueberry flavor than most straight-up fruit beers, even Sea Dog.
Edit: a month or so later I bought a four pack of cans, and transferring from can to glass reveals that the carbonation level is pretty spiky and and with a much taller head. If I tasted it blind I would've guessed this was blueberry and chipotle or smoked ancho chili, because there's a definite smoked chili taste. Would not have guessed jalapeno. On returning to this beer it's just as good as the first time I tried it, maybe better.

Arrives as close to black as is possible. Nice dark tan head drops to a thin ring leaving some lace.
Smell is malty, sweet, blueberries. Balanced well but no jalapeño in the nose.
Taste is perfect. Spice, malt, blueberry, sweet. Phenomenal balance.
Almost full bodied, lighter effervescence as expected. This is a combination that's gard to get right. Just getting the blueberry through is hard enough, putting the roasted jalapeño (chipotle) with it is an extraordinarily difficult thing. Kudos to the crew on this one.

A bit watery and on the dry side for a porter, but the flavor was very good. The blueberry hit you right away, then the pepper seeped in. It wasn't overly spicy though. Works great with a meal.
