The story of Iron Bird Brewing Co. began with a phone call to a local fireplace and BBQ store. One site visit and fireplace install later, and the company was born. The soon to be owners, Aaron Celusta and Mike Centanne, immediately shared a vision for a brewpub that focuses on brewing intensely flavorful beer that can be shared in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A family friendly place where all feel welcome, no matter the patrons' beer IQ. Mike and Aaron, with the help of successful brewpub owner Tom Hennessy, soon realized that cask ale would provide the perfect marriage of flavor and uniqueness to set their brewpub apart. With this vision, Iron Bird Brewing Co. is set to challenge the brewpub status quo and offer customers a line of craft beers that cannot be found in the greater Front Range region.
