Turbidity, yellow-orange. Scarce head, but compact.
The smell is typical, with the classic spices, orange peel, coriander, pepper.
In the taste the same spices again. The taste is a little "floury". Maybe too heavy.
Peppery aftertaste, with orange peel. Maybe anise?
Light body.
Good blanche, but some lack in personality.
