Copper-oranged, with a head not particularly thick and compact, and not persistent.
At the smell, malty, and some toasty. Rhubarb, balsamic (mint, eucalyptus); fennel and artichoke.
The taste is also aromatic and balsamic, wuth artichoke again. Fizzy on the tongue. Some bitter point.
Aftertaste of artichoke again, with some herbal bitterness.
Medium-low body.
