Cerveceria Blest

Quirky but solid brewery in one of the most beautiful parts of Argentina. Beers tend to be a bit thin in their texture but compensate with unique flavor profiles and unusual ingredients. Often a bit spicy in the palate, but with good malt backbones. There are 6 principle brews with occasional seasonal offerings: a Pilsener, Bock, Wee Heavy, Dry Stout, Raspberry Lambic, and a Cider. This brewery has been around since the late 1980's and helped cultivate an interest in craft beer in Argentina. Check it out if you are in the area.
