Draft pour at the brewpub.
Pretty dark. Get some ruby through the bottom of the thick seidel. Thick, sudsy, slow receding tan head.
Nose is chocolate, coffee, and some hop.
Mouthfeel is fairly light for such an imposing looking brew. Immediate thoughts were Schwarzbier. Tiniest touch of bitterness with some light roast and chocolate flavors.
I'm loving ordering beers blind in Czech Republic. Solid effort. Flavor and body were a touch thin to me but otherwise it's great.
