I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at the brewpub.
Appearance: medium gold with a clear body and a thin layer of ivory foam. Not too bad.
Smell: lightly sweet and fruity; hints of pear are present. I like it.
Taste: sweet and a bit fruity; the alcohol is quite hot, though.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: the flavor is not bad, but the alcohol is too hot to be super-drinkable.
