I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewpub.
Appearance: rich dark brown hue with a thin layer of frothy tan foam. Not bad.
Smell: lightly grainy and a bit sweet. Not super high-volume.
Taste: roasty, caramelly and with a big dose of lagery yeastiness. Not bad, but it doesn't grab me.
Mouthfeel: medium light body but with a big, well-integrated carbonation and a surprisingly good creaminess.
Overall: a nice drinkable schwarzbier, but not without some flavor issues.
