Cask conditioned at Big Time.
Two fingers white head. Big bubbles, good retention.
Dark tan color, somewhere between an amber and a porter.
Smell is light, not much going on.
Taste is mellow spices, soft smooth palate with a hoppy finish.
Very good beer for winter.
