Poured from 22oz bomber into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: golden-yellow hue with plenty of haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop. It's a good-looking beer.
Smell: plenty of orange creamsicle up front followed by a dank hop quality in the finish. I could smell it the instant I popped the cap. Fruity and precocious.
Taste: orangey, but also with an earthy quality and mild dankness. Bitterness is rather low, although this beer isn't advertised as a NEIPA. There's a light toastiness to the malt, and it definitely plays a role in the flavor profile; different than I expected based on the aroma, but good nonetheless.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a big carbonation and really quite a good creaminess for the style. I actually like it quite a lot.
Overall: this is a tasty beer with a great aroma. It's a bit of a chewer, with some body and sweetness, which reduces its crushability a little, but I really am enjoying it.
