Poured from 22oz bomber into a tulip.
Appearance: light amber-brown hue with just a little touch of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. I think it looks quite nice.
Smell: bready, nutty aroma with just a touch of sweetness and just a little bit of astringency.
Taste: nutty, dry, bready, and just a little biscuity. It seems like a pretty genuine flavor profile, although the biscuity quality is a bit too much to the forefront for my taste.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a well-crafted beer, but the biscuity quality and the little bit of astringency are not 100% to my taste.
