Brewed in collaboration with our great friends from Watershed Pub and Kitchen for their 6th anniversary! This beer is packed to the brim with passion fruit, raspberry, peach, and blackberry for an extremely quenchable and crushable springtime sour.

Poured from 22oz bomber into a tulip.
Appearance: slightly hazy dark salmon-pink hue with a thin layer of fizzy pinkish foam atop. The color really tells the story of the variety of fruits that are in this beer. A little more head retention would be nice, though.
Smell: for whatever reason, ruby red grapefruit was the first fruit that comes to mind with the first whiff of this beer, though it has none. I do smell the blackberries, though, and the overall mélange gives a rather fruit-punch effect. I like it.
Taste: a little less punchy than the aroma, but it's definitely got a lot of fruit going on. Again, the blackberry makes its way to the fore, and there's rather an earthy finish to the flavor. Sourness is low, but present, and gives the fruit flavor a good pop. Good stuff!
Mouthfeel: light body with a light carbonation and fizziness. I suppose it adds to this beer's overall "refreshing" character, but it's otherwise not too inspiring.
Overall: thin though the body is, this beer is incredibly drinkable. There's a ton of refreshment in this bottle, and I'll have to pace myself so I don't down it all in one draught.
