This beer is a blend of the best of Washington and New Zealand. Brewed with salmon safe Steff Pilsen malt from our local maltster Coldstream, and some of the newest and best hops out of NZ. Riwaka, Waimea, and Nectaron hops shine in this clean hop bursting IPA with tropical stone fruit and citrusy flavors and aromas. It was named to honor our talented chef, Michael King!
