Tap pour at the Bow & Marrow in Havre MT. Served chilled in a tapered lager glass.
Clear, deep gold colored body. One finger of white, fine bubble head. Leaves behind extensive lacing webs
Aroma of a solid toasted malt base and citrus hops. Minimum pine resin.
Taste is quite spicy. Flavors are earthy. Solid malt base. Orange and grapefruit pith. Any pine resin comes in late but gets dank in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Bitterness is moderate and comes from the dankness. Very good carbonation. Some tongue numbness.
