First try with a wheatwine so here it goes. Has a lot of haziness like a hefe, but colored deeper, bronze-like gold; peach nectar might be a good description. Fluffy, creamy looking head. Lots of semi-sweet and tart berry aroma, strong phenol quality, bubblegum and light breadiness. Semi-effervescent, barest hint of alcohol in the mid and finishes quite dry. Light bodied. Taste is initially sweet with hints of clove and bubblegum. Finishes tart and spicy with notes of the cranberry and pink peppercorn.
